Desk clerk was awesome when we checked in.
Would have loved a breakfast that offered some protein.
I reserved on Booked.net a single King. And even called the property to ask for a ground floor room due to having bicycles. They put us in the back of the property where there were 2 cars for lots of rooms and put us upstairs in what appeared to be a full sized bed, maybe it was a queen, but it was small!
Size of bed and being upstairs.
Was convenient location.
Breakfast was not good, they can do better.
Probably the comfort of the bed
towels thin .. the facility just felt like it was on a shoestring.
Night person that works there on the check in desk was fantastic friendly and helpful.
Person on the desk in the morning was not so helpful and didnot give much attention to the breakfast area. I told him the basket or tray on the coffee maker in my room was missing. You cannot make coffee without this tray that holds the little coffee packet so that the water can run over it,. He said there was no tray.. I asked him to please look at it and he kinda just shrugged he didnt write it down. We went in to have breakfast and the breakfast area needed replenishing we left shortly after that
Staff was very nice and accommodating.
First floor facing a busy road made things rather loud.
The air conditioner worked. The bed was fairly comfortable.
Slipped getting into the shower and hit knee on the tub-got a bad bruise. Was told by staff that they had very few rubber mats, but they got me one to use. Better breakfast should have been provided.
My room was cleaned every day. The air conditioner worked well.
I had no rubber mat in the tub so it was very slippery. I got one but they didn't have enough to go around and they were old mats. The TV was hard to watch as it was not very clear. Other rooms had bathroom lights out and the fan didn't work.
Close to a major highway and friendly staff.
Pet hairs all over the room. No hot breakfast (cold cereal and toast).
